Trumpet Of Hope Ministries partnered with International Pentecostal Holiness Church of Kenya in order to bring a ray of hope to the Turkana people. Drought and famine plague this area. Children often go hungry days without food. Many children are left homeless on the street without a mom or dad to love or care for them.
As we take a look around us, listen to the news, or entertain a conversation with youth on this subject, we quickly conclude that hopelessness is a widespread epidemic. Too often we find someone who has fallen into despair, drug and alcohol abuse, despondency, and even suicide. This ministry believes that there is a true hope that can be found through Jesus Christ.
We are a non–profit 501 (c) (3), Christian humanitarian organization, training and mobilizing Kingdom of God advocates to carry the missio dei (mission of God) into the uttermost parts of the world. We endeavor to impact poverty, injustice, hunger, and suffering. Our primary focuses are for those that are most extremely affected especially and in areas where the Good News of Jesus Christ has yet to be heard. Our sole purpose is to share God’s love and His Word declaring HOPE to God’s people.
Food for the hungry, Housing for the homeless, Joy for the suffering, Comfort for those who mourn, Liberty for the captives, Deliverance for the bound, Healing to the sick, Salvation, Life, and Hope for all God’s people.
The logo is based on the belief that we are living in the “end times” which means that at any time Jesus Christ can return and the shofar (trumpet) will be blown according to Matthew 24:31.
“And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”
Before the final trumpet sounds this ministry announces HOPE to all nations which can be found in the love and grace of Jesus Christ the Messiah and Savior for the world.
The trumpet is the sound of prophetic utterance. The banner symbolizes Victory! The “tallit” or prayer shawl is represented by the fringes at the bottom of the banner which symbolizes this ministry’s foundational commitment to prayer.
